MORE THAN VISUALIZATION

Every day, we put our heart and soul into our work to help you reach your goals faster!

machineering GmbH & Co. KG, based in Munich, Germany, develops innovative software solutions for real-time material flow and robot simulation. We are a team with practical experience: experts from different technical disciplines advise companies and engineers on everything related to visualization and simulation in the areas of development, sales and virtual commissioning.

The virtual simulation of complex flows of material and mechatronic production facilities, and the valuable time it saves, is one of the greatest efficiency reserves that mechanical and systems engineering has. The development and construction of plants can be accelerated and safeguarded through 3D simulation and virtual prototyping. In project acquisition, planned plants can be visualized for customers in a sales-effective way. The greatest potential, however, lies in the virtual commissioning of plants and production lines: it has been proven that simulation can reduce the cost of installation, testing and optimization of plants by up to 75%.

With the founding of machineering – a spin-off company of the iwb Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Management of the Technical University of Munich – in 2007, Dr. Georg Wünsch and his team began developing the physics-based simulation software “iPhysics.” It has been continuously developed and adapted to better meet customer needs ever since. In 2009, the company was renamed machineering GmbH & Co. KG by Dr. Wünsch and Beate Maria Freyer. The 3D simulation solutions developed by machineering are now successfully used by leading plant and machine manufacturers, as well as production companies across various industries.
